I love love love my horse. We are soul mates. From my blog:
"As in any relationship, we’ve had what seemed like hours of frustration and moments of elation! She can be lazy and moody one minute and then show spirit and courage the next. She can be high maintenance and a bit of a princess. I’ve loved her and hated her at the same time. I have forgiven her things that I wouldn't have a better or lesser horse. I have given her an education as she has given me. I have hugged her neck in excitement and wiped tears in that same mane. And we have shared more time together and traveled more trails together than any other horse I have ever owned. We have come together as a team and share trust and respect. I finally found my dream horse, my friend."
My mare is my first horse, so I am still in awe that I can even utter the words "my horse", still pinching myself when I think, I get to ride today! Something I never thought was in the realm of possibility is in fact reality. I love her beyond reason.
I love all of our horses! They are all so different! And, I still miss my Beauty! I can't wait to see them this LONG weekend, although it may be raining Monday!
I've ridden horses most of my life and only find true happiness with like-minded friends. I play cello, but very badly. I swear like a sailor, thanks to my Mother. I can belch disgustingly. I still seem to be living through these hot-flashes and have my Obama sticker on my bumper.

Right Tracey. Got it. Now don't you go hugging on them behind my back.
Nice to meet you, Tammy. I thought my Bella was the Queen of Everything but it sounds like your girl is, too.
Maria and Carolynn! Where have you guys been? I need to go catch up on my reading but the desert weather is too beautiful.
